Detailed Itinerary:
Day 01: Punta Arenas - Puerto Natales
You will be picked up from the airport in Punta Arenas airport and transfer to Puerto Natales. On the way you will be visiting the Otway penguin colonies. Upon arrival in Puerto Natales you will be taken to the Hotel Florence Dixie. -/L/-
Day 02: Puerto Natales - Laguna Amarga
Today you will go to the Torres del Paine National Park. Paine means dark blue in Tehuelche language as it is the colour of the mountains at dawn. The park, created in 1959, is a paradise for nature lovers: the fauna, flora and landscapes are just fabulous! Here you up your camp at the Laguna Amarga. B/L/D
Day 03: Laguna Amarga - Dickson Lake (10 – 11 h)
This is your first trekking day which will take 10 to 11 hours. You will head up north the Paine River. You will have the possibility to discover the great landscapes and take time to watch and learn about the fauna and flora. You will circle the cordillera north wise and then reach the great Dickson Lake where you will set up the camp for today. B/L/D
Day 04: Dickson Lake - Los Perros Camp (4 h)
Today’s trek will take about 4 hours. You will go from the Dickson Lake along the Perros river until you reach the next camp for this night. You will camp near the river. B/L/D
Day 05: Los Perros Camp - John Gadner Pass - Grey Glacier (10 h)
You are getting to the most impressive part of this trek. You will walk down the moraines located at the foot of the Grey Glacier and of the fascinating granite peaks. You will cross the John Gadner pass and from here you can enjoy a spectacular view on the tremendous ice mass of the Continental Ice Fields. You will walk down on a trail that borders the Grey glacier. You will spend the night in a refuge or in a camp. B/L/D
Day 06: Grey Glacier - Pehoe Lake (4 - 5 h)
Today you will walk along Lake Grey and enjoy the landscape and the atmosphere. Here you can have, depending on the weather, a fantastic view on the Paine Grande peak and Lake Grey. You will set up the next camp on the shores of the beautiful Lake Pehoe. B/L/D
Day 07: Lake Pehoe - French Valley - Cuernos Refuge (9 -10 h)
In the morning you will hike to the French Valley which is situated at the foot of Mount Fortaleza with its incredible granite towers. The Paine Grande has an altitude of 3,248 m and still fascinates entire generations of climbers. You trek to Cuernos Refuge where you will spend the night. If you prefer, you can also camp. B/L/D
Day 08: Cuernos Refuge - Torres Camping (4 - 5 h)
In the morning you will start you way to Torres Camping. Therefore, you have to trek along Lake Nordenskjoeld which takes about 4 to 5 hours. B/L/D

Day 09: Camping Torres - Torres Del Paine - Puerto Natales
Today you will have a full day hike to the foot of the Torres del Paine where you can find granite pinnacles of more than 1,000 m high. There is a beautiful lake on the tower’s feet. Then you will return to Torres Camping, upon arrival you will be taken to Puerto Natales. Overnight in the Hotel Florence Dixie. B/L/-
Day 10: Puerto Natales – El Calafate
Today you will cross the border to Argentina when heading to El Calafate. On this way you will cross the Argentinean Pampa to El Calafate. In el El Calafate you will spend the night at the Hotel Laraike. B/L/-
Day 11: El Calafate - El Chalten
In the morning you will have an excursion to the Perito Moreno Glacier. Here you will make a short walk to the view point of the great Perito Moreno glacier. Huge blocs of ice fall down into the icy waters of the lake. Then you return to El Calafate. Afterwards you will be taken to El Chalten. Here you will stay in a camp. B/L/D
Day 12: Lake Torre - Lake Capri (6 h)
Today you will trek to the Torre Lagoon. You will walk through a virgin forest. In front of you rises the impressive Cerro Torre with its clear water lake. Then you trek back to El Chalten. Overnight in the camp. B/L/D
Day 13: Laguna De Los Tres (4-6 h)
Today you will hike to the base of the Fitz Roy and climb to the Laguna Los Tres at the feet of the emerging glaciers. Above rise the granite towers. Then you return to El Chalten. Overnight in the Camp. B/L/D
Day 14: Piedra Del Fraile (8h)
In a short transfer you will be taken to the bridge Electrico. From here you hike to Piedra del Frailse passing the Piedras Blancas glaciers. Then you reach the Pollone glacier’s viewpoint. Afterwards you return to El Chalten. Overnight in the Camp. B/L/D
Day 15: El Chalten - Puerto Natales
Today you will return to Puerto Natales during a long journey. In Puerto Natales you will stay at the Hotel Florence Dixie. B/L
Day 16: Puerto Natales - Punta Arenas
On this last day you will be taken to Punta Arenas airport where you will catch your flight. B
